Creative Focus
Web Design
This is a local-startup which I started in November 2018, and hope one day soon to become the go-to agency in the Okanagan, with a number of employees. I wanted Creative Focus' website to be unique, modern, and have some subtle animations which would wow users too.
That being said, the design is a reflection of the brand, and capabilities of the startup. We don't want people to think we are a large, corporate company, yet rather a localized one with a few employees that can get the job done.

Mansion
Historic Mankin
Mansion
The Historic Mankin Mansion is a Georgian Revival property dates back to 1903, when it was built by the entrepreneurial brick maker and founder Edward Thurston Mankin. He not only designed the entire Italianate estate, but was a pioneer for his contribution to architecture in some of Virginia’s finest homes and beyond.
This project was a fun project to work on due to the design style which was brought forward. It was made apparent that elegance and simplicity was one of their main reasons why the owners wanted a re-design. The project was a great success, and the client was ecstatic about their new website; I believe they got exactly what they asked for!

CalWest Rentals
Cal-West Tools Rentals has two tool and heavy equipment rental stores in CA. They offer equipment and tool rentals to homeowners and contractors. They have been in business since 1958 and their desire to create a new website was prompted by the addition of their second location in San Rafael, CA. Having a website that was on par with the quality of their new showroom was critical for their online presence.
This was a massive project with a full custom API integration to be built from the ground up in order to link their service with the front-facing website. The account section allows users to pay balances which are posted to the CalWest account, as well as users can rent equipment and have automated invoices sent to them once their time slot for the equipment has been approved.
